Terms of Use & Community Rules

These terms apply to the UAE Walk-in Interviews app and its public support website. If you choose to post a public comment, you must accept the applicable terms and community rules before posting.

1. About the service

UAE Walk-in Interviews is an independent information service that helps users find walk-in interview listings. We are not an employer, recruiter or employment agency for the organisations featured. Employer names, trademarks and venues remain the property of their respective owners. A listing does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or a guaranteed job opportunity.

2. Accuracy and your safety

Interview times, venues, eligibility, availability and contact details can change without notice. Confirm them with the relevant employer before travelling, applying or sharing documents. Do not assume that a listing has been individually verified or that attendance guarantees an interview or employment. If a listing requests suspicious payment or sensitive data, report it to us and verify through official employer channels.

3. Use the app responsibly

  • Use listings lawfully and for genuine job-search purposes.
  • Do not impersonate employers, recruiters or other people.
  • Do not use the service to distribute malware, spam, scams, misleading recruitment offers or fraudulent payment requests.
  • Do not disrupt the service or attempt to access administrative systems without permission.
  • Do not use published personal information to harass or exploit others.

4. Community rules for comments

When comments are enabled, users may share relevant, respectful information about interview listings. By submitting a comment, you agree not to post:

  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, bullying, sexual or violent material, or exploitation.
  • False job offers, scams, solicitations, commercial spam or misleading claims of affiliation.
  • Other people's private information, identity-document numbers, passwords, financial information or sensitive details.
  • Copyright-infringing material or content that violates applicable law.
  • Irrelevant repetitive material, malicious links or attempts to evade moderation.

Use a display name that is not misleading. Avoid posting your own private information. Comments may be reviewed before they appear, and we may refuse, edit as technically necessary, remove, or restrict abusive submissions. Moderation does not guarantee that every comment is correct.

5. Reporting objectionable content

Report inappropriate comments, misleading interview listings or impersonation using the app's reporting controls when available, or email walkins@taxyz.co.uk with the company, interview date, and description of the issue. We may review and act on reports according to their severity. Do not forward sensitive identity documents as part of routine reports.

6. Advertisements and third-party services

The app may display advertisements. An ad is not our endorsement of an advertised employer or service. Tapping directions or an external link may open third-party software or websites governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

7. Availability and changes

We may correct, remove, suspend or update listings and app features, including comments, to maintain quality and safety. The service is provided on an as-available basis. Subject to applicable law, we do not guarantee listing accuracy, uninterrupted access or employment outcomes.
